Can you get charged for disorderly conduct when you weren't given a ticket for it?

I was arrested for disorderly conduct because of crying and yelling from the penger seat of a car as my friend was being arrested. I was just upset and had been drinking. I was never given a ticket for this and it's been about a month since it happened and I've called the courthouse every other day to see if I had any charges(which they kept saying no to). Today I receive a letter in the mail saying there's a warrant for my arrest. What should I expect and should I really be worried? I had a drunk driving 7-10 years ago, will this affect anything? Thanks!
