Would YOU AS A SOLDIER shoot at someone hiding behind a child? Read up on the rules of engagement. I know its not always easy to follow them in the heat of a battle but things like this happen and it sucks that someone is caught in that situation. Which is why we must always have a situational awareness. The Media will never understand.
