Is Hollywood running out of actors and sense of creativity?

Not only are they scrummaging through comics to come up with movie ideas, but they are recycling actors to play different heroes. really? Chris Evans is the Human Torch in Fantastic Four, now he is Capt. America. Ryan Renolds is Deadpool in xmen origins and he is Green Lantern. I mean..Hollywood is really getting drab. The new planet of the apes movie does seem pretty promising.
