Implantation an the effects breakthrew bleeding has on it ?

i have been trying to conceive for about a year now an lets just say i am a little obsessed about it i have been but on birth control to regulate my cycles so i can then get off of them an start a chlomid regimen i was packing to to visit my friends with my fiance with me to a hotel out of town for a fun weekend an i for got my pills being the fact that i have been trying to concieve i didnt care this was day 15 and 16 i take my basal body temps witch are useually 96.0 every morning but those two days where 97.0 and 98.0 in the mornings then on the second days it was 99.5 later in the day well the next day i was advised by my doctor to continue taking the bc the next day i took it then the day after that i started to get break threw bleeding and cramps it started to let up today about 5 days later about 7 days after the possible ovulation that took place i was wondering in order for the egg to implant you need to have lining of the uterus at least 10-14 days before your period starts to have a successful implantaion but do you think i will i dont think that the breakthrew bleeding had much effect on the ovum if it was in the fallopian tubes during conception, if i am about done with the bleeding about 8 days after a possible conception do you think there will be some if any chance of a implantation ? i continued to take my pills i haope that has no effect on implation
