Twallan's Awesomemod- questions, Sims 3 related?

I have Overwatch and it doesn't seem to be getting rid of my lag, even though it's working pretty well. I've been advised to try Awesomemod, but I've been scouring the Net and cannot find it. Can someone point it out to me, the version that will work with the current patch (or tell me that it's obsolete if it is) and give me some advice on this? Thanks in advance.
