How to disable alt+tab in windows vista?

When im playing Crysis i press alt to speak on ventrilo and then i may press tab to check the scoreboards and then *poof* ive switched window and Crysis minimises. Then when i open it back up what a suprise... I'm dead. Can anyone help with thi somewhat extremely annoying problem?
