About 2 weeks ago i pulled a tick out of my Dog.?

About 2 weeks ago i pulled a tick out of my Dog, I know for sure that i got the whole tick but the lump seems to be gettin bigger? and im now startin to panic as i love her so much! Has anyone got any ideas and if shes gona be okay or shall be prepared for the worst. Many thanks> ab and loco x
