Car Engine help pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee…

Hi i have a hyundai accent gls 00...for about 3 days ago,sometimes the lamp for my motor oil (engine oil) winked and i tought it was because it is cold here at the morning (i live in sweden),i think maybe its some electrical problems in system anyway...now the lamp for my engine (yellow one) is on all the time and i realized that i had almost nothing oil left so i filled it with 2 liters and the lamp is still on....so can it be fixed? does it cost much or am i f***ed?
