Could I still be pregnant?

Could I still be pregnant? My husband and I bd before I ovulated during and after I've been getting slight headach very sensative nipple [I never got that before in my life] sore bbs only on side cramping on and off and really bad achy back since ovulation so I tested 2 days ago but came back negative my period do today but what's strange was last night my husband and I bd agian afterward I have slight cramping so I ran to the restroom out comes a blob of white discharge but it's more of a peachy light pinkish brown could that be implantation? could I still be pregnant
