Have you ever been blocked?

A terrible misunderstanding and a lost contact. I feel badly about this. I cannot reach her on the internet and don't know her well enough to find her via personal info. I don't want her to think I'm stalking her...I just want her to know I'm sorry for having caused so much worry that she felt it necessary to have me blocked. My answers to her previous questions are all well toned, informational, and uplifting. Is there a responsible way to reach her? I tried through one of her other contacts and disappointingly never received an answer via e-mial.
