Holden Jackaroo T/Diesel 1998?

I have a Holden Jackaroo T/Diesel 1998, I have just posted a question about a service i had done. i have just accidently deleted some of the answers but someone asked for more details about the vehicle. The oil has been changed to 5W30 and the oil filters have been replaced, There was a recall (before i Purchased it) for the Fuel injectors and around the same time the glow plugs where checked and given the ok (2006). The vehicle will wind over but will no fire. Any help/Advise would be much appreciated.
