Inherited property in California and need to know how....?

While they COULD have given you this information, they were not required to do so. They are in charge of handling the matters of the estate. That does not include representation for the heirs of the estate. Perhaps you could finally pay these folks for their professional guidance, and NOW ask them if it can be fixed ?
