Is the way I eat healthy or not?

That's not very healthy actually. You're eating way too many bad (starchy) carbs. First of all, breakfast MUST be your most substantial meal of the day. Cereal is not that good for you, even the so-called "healthy" varieties. Instead, have some eggs or oatmeal (not the instant kind). For lunch, stick with the salad and maybe have some raw nuts with it. Dinner you should have your meat with some veggies. Leave out the pasta with dinner unless you exercised recently before eating. Instead of snacking on roasted, salted sunflower seeds... Snack on raw, unsalted nuts like almonds and walnuts.
