Pokemon diamond elite four training help?

ur team is able to win the league !!!!! I dont know y people lvl them up to 70 lvl to win the e4 ! i mena i beat them w only 55 lvl team using only full restore !!!! the only thing u got to do is to check the movesets and get like 20 revive and full restore and the rest would be too easy for u
