What is a mental hospital like and do you think i will be put in one ?

well will start with what is a mental hospital like, i mean do you just sit around doing nothing or what. The reason im asking this is because i go to my phyciatrist every week and she knew i overdosed a couple of months ago and told my mum and said if she's worried she can send me to hospital and that just incase i do it again. Well ive been dum and started to self harm again. What do you think she will do im a minor as well.
