Y&R. Anyone know why?

The actor that plays Devon only uses his First name. IN the opening credits i only see Bryton, I know his last name is Mclurg and he was in Family Matters when he was a kid. Im thinking he doesnt want anyone to know he was in that show. I think the character needs to go awy to college or something cause he is really boring.
