How do i fix my camera?

I have a casio s10 camera, and the other day it stopped working right. When I press the on on, the lens comes out, the screen is black, and then it beeps twice, shows a green light, and then the lens goes back in. I know i didnt drop it, so im confused on how this happened, or how to fix it, if i can fix it. Help, thanks
